There are 20-minute slots allocated for each talk, which includes 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
We will ask all speakers to upload their presentation to the local computer before their session and to test it, especially if you have sounds or videos included. If using your own laptop to present from, please bring any necessary adapters or cables.
Poster boards are A1 size portrait (841 mm high x 594 mm wide).
Please put up your poster at the start of each day and remove it at the end of the day. Velcro stickers/pins will be available.
If you want to avoid transporting posters, we provide the possibility of printing them in advance. Please send the posters by Monday July 4 to the conference email address; the price (to be paid in cash) will be 500 CZK / 20 EUR.
